عقدت لجنة الإرشاد العلمي والتسجيل في قسم الأمن السيبراني بكلية تكنولوجيا المعلومات اجتماعها الدوري، لمناقشة السياسات والإجراءات التي تسهم في تسهيل عملية تسجيل الطلبة على المواد الدراسية وفق مسار بولونيا.

وتناول الاجتماع سلسلة من الآراء والمقترحات التي تهدف إلى تحقيق أفضلية في تسجيل الطلبة على المقررات الدراسية، بما يضمن تنظيم العملية الأكاديمية وفق منهجية واضحة وفعالة. كما تم بحث آليات توجيه الطلبة لاختيار المساقات المناسبة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات المسار الأكاديمي الخاص بهم.

وتأتي هذه الاجتماعات في إطار استعدادات القسم لانطلاق الفصل الدراسي الثاني لطلبة المرحلة الثانية، حيث تسعى اللجنة إلى وضع خطط إرشادية تسهم في تعزيز تجربة الطلبة الأكاديمية، وتمكينهم من اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة فيما يخص مسيرتهم التعليمية.

The Academic Advising and Registration Committee in the Cybersecurity Department of the College of Information Technology held its regular meeting to discuss policies and procedures that facilitate the registration process for students in line with the Bologna Process.

The meeting covered a range of opinions and proposals aimed at improving students registration experience by ensuring a well-organized and effective academic process. The committee also discussed ways to guide students in selecting the most appropriate courses, ensuring alignment with their academic track and program requirements.

These meetings are part of the department s preparations for the start of the second semester for second-year students. The committee aims to develop advising plans that enhance the students academic journey and help them make informed decisions regarding their educational path.
